  2. Day 2Teo replies, even when the answer is no.

The fine print, in plain words.

If you miss 1,850 hours
Your base pay and your review don’t change. You just don’t earn the hours bonus.
Partnership
Reviews are held each March for associates at year 8 of practice. Business development counts, and it isn’t a gate.
If you leave
Nothing in our agreements limits where you practice afterward, and any bonus you’ve earned is yours.
Costs
The firm advances expert and travel costs on every matter, and pays your bar dues and CLE.
  • We read résumés sent directly. We don’t accept unsolicited submissions from search firms.

Only Teo reads your first message.

The floor’s dark by now, which makes it a good time to write. No résumé yet. Teo replies within two business days, and we won’t contact your firm, or anyone who knows you, without asking you first.

Don’t send client names or matter details. We won’t ask for them until we’re both serious, and then only what a conflicts check needs.
