Mega Agent Academy

Good agent.Low ceiling.

I built the number one eXp team in Richmond with no degree and no connections. Here's the case for making me one of your calls before you decide anything.

Book fifteen minutes

Chapter I

The ceiling

You are a good agent. You might already run a good team. You close, you get paid, you do it again next month. But I have to ask —

Is that all you want?

That's the question I ask every producing agent I meet, and I mean it literally: would you like to start a mortgage company? Own title? Learn to buy and hold? Because those are the arms I built, and they're the reason I stopped trading my weekends for my income.

This page is for you if you're producing but can feel the ceiling where you are. If you're actually weighing a move, not idly wondering about one. If you want what comes after the next closing: a team, ownership, doors, something that pays you when you stop selling.

If that is not you yet, do not book a call. Subscribe on YouTube instead — team-building, scripts, the stuff that actually moves the needle.

Roughly twenty agents from Jared Davis's Richmond team
The Richmond team. Thirty four agents, and roughly four hundred more coached through eXp.
Chapter II

The man

Jared Davis speaking on stage, microphone in hand
Cabo, February. Mid sentence, which is where he usually is.
“You do not partner with somebody in the top ten in Richmond and get to call them, text them, get a hold of them any time you want. That is what I want people to realize. I am still here.” Jared Davis

I am not the agent cold calling you at eight in the morning. I am way too busy to just call some agent. The ask on this page is smaller than that, and I wrote it myself.

Chapter IV

The ask

“If you are planning on moving brokerages, if you are exploring options, if you are looking to grow, at least just make me one of your calls. It is not gonna hurt to meet with me.” Jared Davis

Fifteen minutes. Long enough to be useful, short enough that you will actually take it.

Me. I run every one of these myself, so the calendar moves at my pace.

No pitch. If eXp is not the right move for you, I will say so, and you will still leave with something.

No cost. The call is free. Nobody is selling you anything on it.

Tell me where you are at

Under a minute. Your answers decide what I open with, and whether a call is even the right first step for you.

Only so I can text you the link instead of emailing it.

No sequence, no drip, no sales team. It goes straight to me.
