What we handle.
Real estate law is all we practice. Each kind of matter has a lawyer who leads it and a paralegal who picks up the phone.

- Buying or selling a commercial buildingPurchase agreements, due diligence and closing, with the lender's lawyers on the other side.
- LeasesOffice, retail and industrial leases for landlords and tenants, and leases for small rental buildings.
- Zoning and board approvalsVariances, site plans and subdivisions, argued in front of planning and zoning boards.
- Construction and developmentContracts, payment terms and liens, settled before the first payment goes out.
- Condo and HOA boardsGoverning documents, board meetings, owner disputes and collections.

How a home closing works.
Buying or selling a home- 1
Attorney review
Three business days
We read the signed contract and send back the changes: inspection terms, credits, dates your lender can meet.
- 2
Title, survey, inspections
About four to six weeks
We search the title, review the survey and the town certificates, and keep everyone on one list of what's still needed.
- 3
Clear to close
The last week
Your lender sends the Closing Disclosure at least three business days before closing. We check the settlement statement line by line.
- 4
At the table
About an hour
You sign, the funds move, and we record the deed. You leave with the keys, or with the proceeds.
We will never send or change wiring instructions by email. Before you wire, call us at (973) 555-0140 from this page, not from a message.
