• Clients are responsible for submitting all necessary materials (e.g., videos, images) as per agreed timelines to avoid delays in service delivery.
• In cases of delayed submissions by the client, Social Imprint reserves the right to implement alternative content strategies to maintain engagement, subject to client approval.
