Websites
Just you: Signature. Running a team: Bespoke. A brokerage or a brand: Flagship.
For a brokerage, or a team that acts like one. Eight custom layouts, every agent, every office, press and video, a recruiting funnel with its own page, and you can edit it yourself. Quoted.
Unlimited pages · 8 to 12 weeks · 4 revision rounds
Built from scratch, nothing reused. The team's brand up top, a page for the lead, a roster, a page for every agent, leads sent to the right person, and a page that recruits.
Up to 10 pages · 4 to 6 weeks · 3 revision rounds
Designed around your brand, your photos and how you talk. Nobody will mistake it for a template.
Up to 5 pages · 3 to 4 weeks · 2 revision rounds
One page built around one goal and one action. A home valuation, an open house, a listing, a recruiting push.
1 page · 2 weeks · 2 revision rounds · paid in full at signing

What social media management includesQuestions agents ask first
Who owns the website?
You do, the day it launches. Code, design, content and domain, all in your name. If we vanished tomorrow, any developer could pick it up.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not to us. Ever. You pay your host directly, usually $20 a month or less.
My brokerage gives me a website for free. Why pay for one?
Brokerage sites usually belong to the brokerage. Leave, and the site, and often the web address, stay behind. A site you own moves with you.
A freelancer quoted me $1,000. Why is this more?
Check what's in the quote. Cheap ones usually skip the copy, the SEO, the Google profile and the handover, then charge for them later. Ours includes all of it, in writing, at one price.
Will a website get me more leads?
A website doesn't create attention. It catches it. Your referrals, your signs and your social all send people there, and the site decides if they call. Need more attention? That's what social and YouTube are for.
Do I need my own photos?
Yes. Pro headshots and any photos you want on the site. We don't shoot them, and honestly, photos make or break how the site looks.
Can the site show my listings?
Yes, through a third-party IDX or MLS provider. We set it up for $1,500 and you pay the provider directly, usually $30 to $200 a month.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We point your domain at the new site and redirect your old pages, so you don't lose links or search history.
What happens when I need changes after launch?
For 14 days after launch, anything we got wrong, we fix free. After that, changes start at $250. Want to edit your own bio and stats? That's content management, $2,000.
How do payments work?
Landing Pages are paid in full at signing. Signature, Bespoke and Flagship are 50% to begin, 25% at design approval and 25% at launch. Nothing after that.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
No, and run from anyone who does. Every site ships with the SEO basics done right and your Google Business Profile set up, which is what Google rewards over time.
Are social media and YouTube bundled with a website?
No. Each one's its own thing, with its own three-month minimum.
Prefer plain text? Every price on one page.
