YouTube management for real estate agentsYou record. We run the channel.

We run YouTube channels for real estate agents, start to finish. You send the footage. The research, editing, thumbnails, publishing and comments are on us.

Why YouTube

A buyer who's watched you walk three neighborhoods on video trusts you before the first call. And a video keeps working long after you post it. Most agents know this. Most agents also don't have the hours editing takes.

Questions

How much does it cost?

$3,000 a month for four long videos and ten shorts, three-month minimum. Pay $9,000 up front, or three monthly payments of $3,000.

Do you film the videos?

No. You record, with your own videographer or setup. Every week we tell you what to film, and we give you on-camera tips so it gets easier.

I'm starting from zero. Is that OK?

Yes. New channel or one that went quiet, same service.

When does my channel go live?

Usually within the first month. Nothing publishes until two weeks of videos are banked, so you never go quiet. How fast depends on how fast your footage comes in.

Do I approve the videos?

For the first few months, yes. You get 48 hours to look at each one. If we don't hear back, it goes out. Once you're comfortable, we publish on schedule and you get the monthly report.

Am I locked in?

Three months to start. After that it's month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

What if I miss a week of filming?

That's what the two-week bank is for. If footage stops coming for longer, the uploads stop too, and the month doesn't get extended.

Who owns the channel and the videos?

You. Your channel, your videos, and every dollar it earns from ads or sponsors.

Can you promise views or subscribers?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We promise the work: researched, edited, published and optimized, every month.

Do you run YouTube ads?

No. Ads aren't part of it. We grow the channel with the content itself.

Is it bundled with social media or a website?

No. YouTube is its own service and is never bundled.
